Well this is not a cheap hotel, we had 5 rooms and all of them had some things that one or more of the others didn’t, like for example coffee makers and fridge, we requested extra towels and they never delivered them, cleaning lady was rude to some of us, complaining about how dirty the room was, when it wasn’t, the water machine to refill room water wasn’t working most of the days, and not to mention that the facilities are currently under remodel, and to exit the pool you have to pass right next to the restaurant and the floors get super slippery, etc
