Disappointed

I very disappointed on how the property manager handled my situation. We checked in and was in a hurry to get to family. We unloaded and departed within 10mins of checking into our room. We later returned two hours later to the hotel smelling like weed and multiple people lingering outside the parking lot. When I went to the counter the gentleman told me he could not refund my rooms. We never stayed the night not even two hours and the manager refused to work with me. I was unaware of how terrible to location was since I am not from the area. I went back the next morning and the counter person told me there was nothing I could do but contact hotels.com I do not recommend on staying at this hotel.

Clean, everything we needed in our room. Nice breakfast and dining area. People at front desk very pleasant.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The manager on duty was rude and nasty, had a very poor attitude towards other guest after giving them the wrong room key to a room that was booked to other guest. She blamed it on working long hours and being tired, Also complaining about how much she hated/didn’t need this job. It was very off putting and disgusting to be met with this right as we walked in. I will NEVER stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean, so is my room and it was very secured. I highly recommend Recomended among all the other hotels in the area. I think this happens to be the very best.
