Situated on the shores of Swinging Bridge Reservoir, the largest motorboat lake in Sullivan County, prepare to be captivated by sprawling lakefront views from our floor-to-ceiling windows. With 5 acres of land to explore, including an inviting heated in-ground pool and a thrilling pool table in the basement, fun is always on the agenda here!

Whether you're a winter adventurer or a summer enthusiast, our home has something for everyone. Dive into our finished basement, where an array of amenities, games, and toys await your enjoyment. Feel the rush of excitement as you partake in watersports on the shimmering lake or gather around the in-ground firepit to create delicious pizzas in our outdoor pizza oven. With kayaks at your disposal and open land begging to be explored, the possibilities for fun are endless!

And here's the cherry on top: enjoy exclusive discounts for week-long and month-long stays! Please keep in mind additional guest fees apply for parties exceeding 12 guests, so let's keep the party honest and exciting for everyone involved.

To ensure your stay is worry-free, we require all guests to purchase a $99 protection policy with CSA and place a fully refundable deposit of $500 or more. Alternatively, you can opt for a $5,000 deposit for ultimate peace of mind.

The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, stylish, and perfect for a weekend with friends. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the space.There’s very little cell service and the Wi-Fi was weak, which made it tough to stream music or use our phones, but it also helped us fully disconnect and enjoy being together.The host was also very accommodating for our schedule by letting us check in early, I really appreciated the quick communication and kindness of the host. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature.we enjoyed smores by the fire pit, the view was so beautiful and serene. unfortunately when we were there the pool was not usable but we had plenty other things to do, so many amenities and games, the house was simply put, SICK!!!!

Not looking further for our next vacation- this is the perfect place

Our long awaited Summer getaway- we found this gem! With a family covering all ages- there was something for everyone, from the fireplace to the kayaks, the boardgames and the pool table. The outdoor pool is also a find- clean, big and warm.Adi was the best host no question was too much, and great communication. Home was spotless and were very critical :)10/10 well be there again.Thank you for sharing your home with us

Fabulous family fun

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids in this spacious house on an expansive property. Each family had their own space, the kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of room for large groups to gather both indoors, and out. The lake was a highlight. We had hours of fun swimming, kayaking, exploring the lake on a boat rental, and fishing. The views were always beautiful, from misty mornings to late night sunsets. Ben was a very responsive host, calling frequently to make sure things were okay, and even purchased a high chair when I inquired if there was one available. The inside was perfectly clean, however the outside needs some updated repairs, and had litter from what appeared to be previous renters, including random beer cans and cigarette butts. Also, the pool did not look clean, despite having a pool service. Overall, these issues did not detract from what was really a terrific family vacation in a great house.

Property was beautiful. No oven or m/w. Owner provided an instagrill but still not right. Pool heat wasn’t working. No shade at pool-no swim ladder at lake. Drainage issues in kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. Great pool table. Owner was responsive but no credit offered for the issues.

Awesome getaway for large groups

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms (so many showers and they were all pretty large), plenty of different spaces to hang out including the main first floor where the kitchen/dining room/living room is all combined, basement with various games (pool table, video games, arcade game, workout space, chess), and so much outdoor space. Pool is heated and spacious, there’s 2 different fire pits, an outdoor table that’s well shaded, dock/lake area. Space was very clean, plenty of linens/towels, kitchen was very well equipped. No issues with wifi and there was even wifi by the pool. Check in was easy and host was always responsive. Highly recommend for a big family or friend trip

Good Weekend With Friends

Solid house for a weekend with friends. Rooms were spacious where all 15 of us were comfortable. It's a solid house but also definitely a rental home in terms of quality. Also very echo-y so hard for people to go to bed early. Driveway plowing was good enough, as long as your car is solid in snow you should be fine in the winter. Good value for price

A very nice stay with friends and family

We rented the house for a long weekend for our family and two other couples. The house was very comfortable and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen area is very nice and had plenty of room for everyone to gather around. The backyard also had plenty of room for relaxing and playing, even on a chilly November weekend. I will say that the pond had mostly dried up, so the water view was not much to look at. I'm not sure how often that happens. The host was also very responsive and helpful in getting us situated.

Excellent house!

We had an excellent stay with almost no complaints. The gas grill outdoors was in rough shape and didn’t work great, but the kitchen is modern and is an easy alternative. Everything else was perfect! I highly recommend this property for a family and/or friends trip
