Absolutely welcoming staff. Felt like we were most welcome guests. The pools and aviary are special. The balls and the life vests for littles show they care. And the restaurant is awsome. We loved everything we ate but all agreed the fisherman's luck was not to be missed. Hopefully we'll get to come back again.

Had a very good one night stay. Facility is very welcoming with the indoor pool area and on site spa services. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice washroom too. ….. Found the chlorine had a strong odor. Unfortunately my room 121 was located by the main door to the wing of rooms. Noisy at times. The rooms are also not very soundproof. Could easily hear my neighbours.

A Hotel through the Ages

I've been coming to this hotel for 30 years and it's always been a memorable stay. I love the pool and hot tub area as always. The birds, fish and plants really bring you to a tropical oasis. I loved the improvements they've made to the bar and lounge area. It's very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is overall very friendly. We did have an issue trying to check in a little early after being told we could. Overall another excellent stay at the L'Oiselière.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the restaurant were amazing. We love going to see the birds in the atrium, the pool and hot tub. Easy parking. I highly recommend!

Older renovated hotel with a nice pool atrium with indoor trees and birds. It’s ok but the rooms are really small. It’s nice and clean though. A bit pricey for what you get however. I will stay elsewhere next time.
