The room was clean. The ladies staff were friendly instead of male staff, no smile, no motivation to interact with the customer and solve their problem pr provide them tips and suggestions. I will not recommend for the families.

Since we arrived early, our room was not yet ready. However, the concierge kindly upgraded us to a more expensive room that was ready, at no extra cost other than a temporary security deposit which is refundable. All in all, an excellent experience. Charles Murphy

Not up to Best Western standards, the rooms were old, you could hear the pipes in the wall when other guests were showering, the queen bed was sagging, and the whole building had a smell of curry. I understand there's an Indian resturant nothing wrong with that, but the smell travels throughout the whole hotel and especially in the elevators
