The worst hotel ever been the floor in my room was cracked the put tape on it I stepped on some cracks spots has no tape my toes got cut we had to put shoes on while in the room the walls in the bathroom also cracked we will never ever go back there also outside the front door of the hotel has broken wire all over parking garage is dirty and creepy

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous shower, beautiful modern room. Bed is firm and very comfortable. Pillows too big and hard for me. No bottled water in the room. Bar fridge was empty. Valet parking was excellent. Overall, A+

Great Value for Money

Room was much bigger than expected. Quiet, well furnished, and well clean. Hotel overall was beautiful and clean, it felt like a much more expensive hotel than it is. Staff was average. They did their jobs, but didn’t go above and beyond. I felt that reception wasn’t particularly welcoming and seemed eager to just serve me and get back to whatever it is they were doing. Valets weren’t the best communicators nor the most pleasant people either. But, on a short stay you’re not really interacting with any of these people much so it doesn’t detract from the overall experience. Would absolutely stay again just based on the value, location, and the great rooms.

Solid Latin Quarter hotel

We had a lovely stay at Hotel 10 during Aug 2025. The hotel is in the Latin Quarter, adjacent to a street with countless restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s an easy mile walk if you want to get down to the port or any of the neighboring areas. The room was comfortable and it was not loud. There was some general wear and tear that needed to be addressed, lifting floor panels, cracked paint, etc. But this wasn’t anything that drastically affected our stay. We really appreciated that the parking is valet entry only, meaning the general public cannot access it for parking or otherwise. I forgot something in the room after checkout and the staff graciously allowed me back in to retrieve my item. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel doesnt have many amenities and parking is an added cost with a bottleneck for mandatory valet services. Cleaning could be better, the tops of lamps in the room had layers of dust.
