Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day). **Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.**
Please take not the bunked bed are limited to young adult under 100kg.
The building does NOT have its own parking lot. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about parking options.
Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.

Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don`t bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).
The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit if applicable). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A security refundable deposit is required to be paid by credit card , according to channel policies.

Fantastic location, Beautiful interior with a fully furnished kitchen. Comfortable bed, spacious, with a ton of closets to hang your clothes in. Arnaud is very welcoming and communicates well. Highly recommend booking this stay if you're visiting Montreal.
This apartment is really great! It's very centrally located on a beautiful park, and it's easy to get anywhere from there.We loved the modern feel of the space as it was very airy and bright. We also enjoyed the various balconies and outdoor spaces. It's very comfortable and suited our family really well. I would like to call out the excellent customer service! We had a few questions about WiFi and parking, and we received replies almost as soon as we asked the questions. We would definitely return. One thing to note is that like many apartment in Montreal, this one requires 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Pack accordingly.
The place feels brand new. New appliances. Both bathrooms rainhead showers with a wand. One bathroom with a sweet bidet. My biggest criticism is with 2 out of the 3 beds were rock hard. Luckily the pillows were decent but the hardness was a shame given how nice everything else was done. The coffee maker also made horrible coffee.
Very nice unit that is well equipped and located perfectly for exploring Montreal. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Lots of sitting space both inside and out. There is a lot to explore within walking distance and activities as well.
The family really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were perfect. Everything was clean. Loved all the openness and brightness. Everyone had their own space and very comfortable. Well located for all our needs and adventures. Our first visit to Montreal and we will return.
This property was very new, clean and bright. Fabulous appliances and furnishings. Four of us had plenty of space to gather and then have private space. The location was charming - close to Mont Royal activity, and the Parc outside the front door. Although they are in the pictures, I was taken aback by the number of stairs, inside and out. This is a common feature in Montreal architecture...they look wonderful until you have to drag in the luggage! Worth it!
Really enjoyed our stay. It's a modern, well equipped and spacious apartment with views into the adjacent park from the front facing rooms, and the upstairs balcony. There are some non-resident parking spaces (although a bit tricky to find the right area at first) in the adjacent perpendicular street, which I think require daily zone permits (these can be purchased from parking meters a short drive away). The nearest subway station is a 10min walk away or so. Overall, a great experience with a communicative host.
This unit is gorgeous and met our needs perfectly. Our son and family live in Germany and we chose Montreal as a place to meet up with them for a Family get together and Historic Charm Overlooking Parc Fontaine was perfect. The park is beautiful and spacious with numerous playgrounds and nice walking trails and within walking distance are many restaurants. Busses and subway are also at about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The unit is also spacious and it appears to have been recently renovated so everything is in pristine condition. The upper level has a laundry room, plenty of space and access to two large open air decks, one in front and one back. The main level has three spacious bedrooms, the kitchen, the dining room and a sitting room by the fireplace. We plan to stay there again on our next visit to Montreal.
