We would like to let you know that there are currently roadworks taking place on Hochelaga Boulevard directly in front of the property. As a result, some detours may be in place when you arrive.
In the interest of full transparency, we would also like to mention that some units in the building are occupied by long-term residents. One of the residents occasionally smokes outside the building. While smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, smoking outdoors is permitted. During the summer months, when windows are open, there may occasionally be a slight cigarette smell noticeable from outside.
We simply wanted to share this information in advance so that you can make an informed decision and know exactly what to expect. Transparency is very important to us, and we want every guest to have the best possible experience.

Great location. Clean and had many amenities. Covered parking. Host was kind and communicative. Only issue was the responsiveness for a late checkout in itself was very late.
Very comfortable, and great location! We wake up early, so the construction nearby was not a problem The dedicated parking spot behind the unit was really great to have.
The house was in great shape, clean and exactly as advertised. It was in a wonderful location - easy walk to Metro, restaurants, shops and several places of interest! Unfortunately the road in front of the home was completely blocked off due to major road construction. This made it hard to get to and the work crew started with the jack hammers early in the morning! We felt we should have been told before we booked this unit.
Aranaud's place was just the right size for our family. Although the digital lock is a bit temperamental, getting in/out in easy, and the house is very secure. Comfortable beds, 1 bunk bed (great for kids), shades to block out most outside light while sleeping. Thermostats for heaters in all rooms work, as does TV, washer, dryer, hot & cold water from sinks, showers & bathroom. Back porch light plus stove & microwave made for good night lights so kids could navigate to bathroom at night. One thing that would help to reach your place late at night more easily is to note that the parking space behind this home can only be reached by a driveway on Av Jeanne-d'Arc, not Rue Hochelaga. In bad weather at night it's not obvious that Av Jeanne-d'Arc is a one way street, and cannot be turned into from Rue Hochelaga. Thank you again for responding to our front door issue!
