The apartment is in a fabulous location of Old Town Montreal. Everything is within moments! The check in process was so easy and all were very responsive with any questions we had. Wi-Fi and AC worked beautifully! The place was clean and again the location! Wow! The kitchen was adequately stocked for what we used it for which was - coffee and tea. The noise from the street was heard at night but that is because again, the location is right where you want - in the middle of Old Town. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood, great apartment. A few concerns:1) upstairs bedroom has no windows and a mystery exit door going somewhere. 2) windows in bedrooms are paper thin. Evenings and early mornings are very noisy between street crowds and garbage pick up3) washer dryer were not working properly. Clothes never got dry after hours and hours. Washer didn’t seem to rinse soap out either. 4) lobby and elevator smelled bad. Like someone dropped a fish on the carpet and never cleaned it up5) never saw another person in the building ever. Is the building empty other than the apartment?

Upon arrival, it was impossible to contact anyone or the property manager. Bath towels were limited. Awoke the first morning to construction on the roof, sounded like it was coming through the roof. Also had a mouse in the kitchen. Location was ideal.

Easy, great location in Old Montreal

Our family of 5 loved this place in Old Montreal. Easy access, many bedrooms and bathrooms, walkable to great restaurants and free nearby parking! We highly recommend and would stay here again. Our first visit to Montreal was fantastic. Thank you!

Old Montreal Getaway

Our group of 5 ladies went to Old Montreal for a short getaway. The apartment could not have been more perfect, it was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The beds were excellent, we enjoyed the modern design with charming touches from the original building, making it quite cozy. The location can't be beat, right in Old Montreal, a short walk to the Old Port, restaurants, shops and major attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment for any group or family. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy! We were fully satisfied with our choice and would stay there again. Excellent!

This apartment was perfect for the four of us (2 moms and 2 adult daughters). Well furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of space, great kitchen and free parking. Location was fabulous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful getaway

The property is very clean and looked as listed. The location couldn’t have been any better, everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and you really felt like you were in the middle of the action. My only complaint was that we didn’t have all the check in information until we were actually in the city and when you are coming from a long distance, there is always the worry that there will be a problem. I usually get all check in information the week before.

Bright, well appointed apartment. Title says 4BR 3BA apartment but there are only 3 bedrooms. Close to Modavie which is a great restaurant with live music every night.

Great place in the heart of Old Montreal!

This place was fantastic! Great rooms and layout, everything was in place as expected, and the free parking at the Science Center a couple of blocks away was a nice treat. Check in was super smooth and the location is five stars by itself! Plenty of restaurants right at your doorstep and all the historic sites are a short walk away. We will be back here for sure!

Beautiful place, great location

Our group of 7 were very comfortable in this 3BR apartment (not listing says 4BR but there are only 3 BR plus a pull out couch in the living room). The location is ideal, right in the heart of Old Montreal. The place was very clean and the bedrooms well-appointed, comfy beds and plenty of pillows. If you plan to cook, there are plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, but no staples like salt/pepper, oil, etc. The communication with the host was hassle-free, and they even include parking for one car a few blocks away.

In the heart of Old Montreal

Located right in the heart of Old Montreal, it is convenient to all the best attractions, restaurants. Clean, easy to get to and had all the conveniences of home. Only warning is that it can be loud at night. Great stay.

Great location! Beautiful, comfortable condo

Six adults stayed comfortably in the condo for the weekend. The air conditioner worked well even in the upper bedroom on one of the hottest weekend of the summer! Bring ear plugs and eye shades if you are a light sleeper. Since the location is in the heart of it all, there is action outside at night which could keep you up. Check-in & out was seamless. Parking is a block away so plan to drop bags off first!

Think Twice!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. First, the location, furnishing and parking pass were great! The host’s instructions were direct and easy to use until we contacted them after the fact. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. As soon as we got off the elevator on the 4th floor we were hit with the smell of dead fish- it was awful and became increasingly worse during our stay. Not only did it not go away, but we begin to smell it in the apartment. Walking into the unit, a simple extension cord was stretched across the hall. This was very dangerous not only for us, but for the 2 young children that were with us. This was the cord to the washer and dryer in the hall. Interesting that this simple cord could operate a washer and dryer safely. The air vents and washing machine were disgusting- covered in dust, dirt, mold and dried detergent. The closet in one of the bedrooms had cut open vents and debris about. Random holes in the wall were scattered throughout the apartment, open wires in the bathroom and missing tiles made it look more like a construction zone than the sleek vacation getaway the pictures initially suggested. The windows were filthy. The disparity from what we thought we were getting by the pictures and the place we actually stayed was shockingly different. The condition of this apartment did not warrant the rates being charged.
