Gite in the owner's holiday home. 1st + 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom (bath). Balcony. Garden. Alpine skiing + cross country la Rosière 6km, Villaroger/les Arcs 10km, Ste Foy Tarentaise 13km. Access to the gîte: 50 m on foot uphill via a cobbled lane. Private parking at the entrance of the village at 100m. Magnificent renovated country farmhouse from 1799. Quiet typical hamlet overlooking the valley, on the side of a slope facing south. Border of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Beautiful volume with crazy charm of exposed beams. Very cozy. Neat and personalized decor. Pleasant landscaped garden. Superb panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. Charming cottage located 6km from La Rosière (link to La Thuile in Italy, Espace San Bernardo area with 160km of slopes). At the heart of the largest ski areas in the Tarentaise Valley (Val d'Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs, La Plagne). Very close to the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain massif. Hikes from the cottage including the famous GR de Pays Tour de Haute Tarentaise. Ideally located for exploring the Haute-Tarentaise region and Italy via the Petit St Bernard pass or the Iseran pass. Many Nature, fun and sporting activities in summer and winter in the major surrounding resorts. International base for white water sports on the Isère. Rich religious heritage with the famous Chemin du Baroque. Privileged location for hiking and cycling for its mythical passes. Ideal for a sports stay or family relaxation!

Séjour incroyable dans une maison plein de charme et d'histoire

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette maison au cœur d'un hameau typique. La maison est pleine de charme, la vue a couper le souffle. Calme, nature et sérénité. Tout est tres bien équipé. Les propriétaires on été plus que réactifs, arrangeants et adorables avec notre heure d'arrivée tardive.Merci pour tout. d'arrivée tardive.
