I booked 2 rooms with travelocity.com and only 1 room was in the system. Staff couldn't have been nicer about getting me the second room. Turned out the walk in rate was considerably lower than my travelocity.com rate!

The room was clean and modern. The light switch at the entrance did not work. The blow dryer was not mounted to the wall. The pillows on the bed were the most uncomfortable pillows I've seen at a hotel. It was as if someone had stuffed a bunch of socks in a square pillowcase.

We did not eat breakfast. It ended at 9, a little early for us. There were some room issues: the toilet was very low for adult use. The bathroom sink had no stopper. We only received one bath towel for two people. They were accommodating when we asked for more. But why give us just one to begin with?
