Our stay with Sivaya beach resort was superb, The main prime attraction is they have a connected beach to the hotel.

Waste of money.

The check in process was fine, but after booking a tropical room we were offered classic room. The rooms were not ocean facing, after entering the room it smelled like sewer. We had to have our room changed, by the time for check out both rooms smelled like sewer. Under the bed was not even cleaned. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. Don't waster your money here.

If you want relaxation, stay away from this hotel! They blast music in the restaurant with excessive bass. Despite numerous telephone calls requesting them to reduce the bass, and even calling the police, they did nothing. The General Manager ignored my emails and did not even bother to reach out to me – even after the police came. Also, the neighbouring hotels blast music too – one of them until 3am on multiple nights. Horrific experience, and I was glad to leave!!!

Высокий ценник, хотя ничего особенного нет. Номер совсем небольшой. Очень удобная кровать и матрас. Отличная ванная комната. Я был всего три дня, но даже вялых попыток со стороны персонала, чтобы убраться в моем номере не предпринималось. Пляж рядом, хотя пляжи в стороне гораздо лучше. Непосредственно на пляже расположен бич клаб, но он никакого отношения к этому отелю не имеет. Сама территория бестолковая, не понятно что на ней и почему это бич резорт. Я даже не понял как работает ТВ. Ноль информации вообще. В принципе я уходил почти на весь день и меня мало интересовал отель, но даже если бы и хотел узнать о нем что-то то вряд ли бы получил информацию. Я так и не понял чем отличается премиум от стандарта. Вообще мне кажется что меня заселили в стандарт вместо оплаченного мною премиум. При этом каждое утро меня будили гнездящиеся на крыше птицы....сна нормального не было. В общем нет смысла переплачивать за этот отель, только если конечно вы не требовательны к качеству ванной комнаты и обязательна для вас горячая вода. В остальном слишком дорого.
