Notre séjour s'est déroulé sans problème, nous avons peu profité des diverses offres de service. Un pot d'accueil permettant les contacts entre isolés serait bien venu.

Weather was amazing, The staff the location the food the bar the views everything was amazing couldn’t recommend it enough! Ski in ski out is ideal bars and shops 4 min walk away great place

The hotel is billed as 4* but it's definitely not at that level. It's 3* at best. The all inclusive food and drinks is the best thing about it and the location is pretty decent. However, the rooms are very basic (glasses not even provided - you have to bring your own from downstairs) and the staff are largely disinterested. The soap in our shower ran out on day one and was never replaced, my family's room wasn't turned over on the last two days and we found out when we got back that money had gone missing. The spa area is also tiny and smelt pretty badly. We've sent a written complaint to the hotel management and would not stay at any of these hotels again.

Concerning the spa facilities, we've recently opened a 250 m2 BelaSpa, aiming to provide a relaxing environment for our guests, and we are sorry if this did not live up to your experience.
