Praz apartment

Some information about your stay ( all is included )

- Beds are made on arrival and towels provided
- All year round : We deliver free pastries and bread baked on site every morning behind your door around 7.30 am
- Each apartment has raclette equipment (with extension), as well as two coffee makers: one is a simple filter coffee maker, the other is the Nespresso, "Vertuo" model ( we provide you some free caps at your arrival , and we can sell you more if you need )
- Each apartment has its own room with equipment for drying ski clothes and ski shoes ( can be used for jacket and shoes in summer )
- A room for bicycles and a hose to clean them is also available
- All year round : You will have free access to the private heated pool ( can be covered or not according to the weather)
- Winter only : If you need it, we will collect your groceries from the Saint Jean d'Aulps drive through and store them in your fridge ( informations in the booklet here )
- A modest supply of essentials is provided when you arrive (toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc.).
- The kitchens are fully equipped, so you should have everything you need!
- Winter only : We transfer our customers to the ski lifts with our own minibus (both ways). Informations in the booklet here
- Common washing machine and dryer are available ( we sell tokens 5€ each )
- Summer only : We are “ multipass ” host , we offer you some multipass that gives you free and unlimited access to more than 50 activities and pedestrian lifts in the 12 resorts of the Portes du Soleil during all your stay.

On your arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of €1000 which we will return to you at the end of the stay if everything is still in good condition.

End-of-stay cleaning is included (however, we ask for the minimum: dishes washed, dustbins emptied and sheets taken off the beds). A flat rate fee of €60 may be billed to you otherwise.

We remind you that it’s a residence ( most of time with families and children ) so reasonable noise is expected ! No loud music (we live in the adjoining building so we can hear everything ! )

Bed configuration:
This apartment has two triple rooms, from which we can configure either a double bed plus a single bed or three single beds.The third bedroom has a large fixed bed and a single bed.

Reception:
Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival a few days before your stay, then a text message or a call 15 minutes before you arrive, so we can make sure we are there to welcome you.
