During the summer, immerse yourself in a myriad of activities, from nearby festivals to water sports, hiking, and more. The Gorge Amphitheater is just a scenic 30-minute drive away, while sand dunes, mud flats, and the thrilling Surf 'n Slide water park await within 5 miles. Embark on day trips to Leavenworth, Spokane, or other captivating attractions, all within a convenient 90-minute radius. In winter, relish outdoor adventures like skiing and ice skating at slopes just 60-90 minutes away. Please note that lake access in winter is restricted due to seasonal lowering.

Our family-friendly haven caters to all ages, offering a selection of games, puzzles, and books for adults, in addition to children's amenities including plates, cups, utensils, a pack-n-play, booster seat, toys, books, puzzles, and life jackets. While our property is not childproof, we ensure a delightful environment for your family's enjoyment. Revel in the five-bedroom, four-bathroom abode featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious game room with a big screen TV, theater seats, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, a dart board, and a wet bar. A dedicated kids' corner awaits with ball darts, bean bag toss, and board games. The "Library" invites you to unwind with a variety of books and puzzles for all ages while savoring the panoramic lake view.

Explore the waters with our paddle boards and kayaks or bring your own watercraft. The nearby boat launch welcomes your boat or waverunner, and summer invites water fun in the calm channel. Swim off the dock or bulkhead, fish, and marvel at the wildlife, from jumping fish to ducks, geese, terns, cranes, and maybe even deer, beaver, turtles, and toads.

The spacious yet cozy family room, adorned with an electric fireplace and massage chair, offers the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The house NOW accommodates 17 guests (no additional fee) and features two smart TVs with Paramount+. Ample off-street parking on a quiet cul-de-sac ensures convenience, while outdoor security cameras monitor entrances and the dock for added security.

Unwind on the back porch with recliners and a fire table for six, creating a serene setting to savor the sunset over the lake. Ideal for family gatherings or work retreats, this property promises year-round enjoyment amidst a tranquil neighborhood.
