Bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Separate WC. A large basement with a laundry area. Closed garage. 6-seater spa, teak cladding, operating from the beginning of May to the end of September; outside these periods, check with the owners. Pétanque court 13m x 4m (balls provided). Table tennis. Fiber internet access. Including charges. Tourist tax extra. A SPA, a pétanque court, a villa located on land planted with olive trees against a backdrop of the Mediterranean... it smells like a vacation!
