Our room was very much in need of renovation. When you walk down the hall on the first floor, you can smell, stale, moldy smell. Also, we were awakened in the morning by two of the maids, right outside our door, talking very loudly and laughing loudly. Also, the coffee in the lobby was cold. Overall, it was not one of the best days I’ve ever had.

After a long day tried to sleep. Mattress collapsed down to the frame. It was in horrible condition. Spoke with front desk manager and it appears they replace the mattress only after my complaint. Hotel is okay but seems to be a run on a small budget.

My daughter and I wanted a comfortable place to hang out and spend some time together in a cute area. Our plan was to watch a movie in the hotel room in the evening. But the TV was an SD model that had no connection to the internet. I thought that was standard in nice hotels these days.We had to watch the movie on my computer. Also the bathroom had an old tub/shower that dripped. The showerhead was sub-par. A disappointment

I remember this hotel before the face lift. Its appearance has certainly improved and the front desk folks were very nice but the room’s bed mattress was awful. I recall staying here in 2918, prior to hotel upgrade. Same lumpy mattresses. Uncomfortable night’s sleep.
