We enjoyed the the room with the kitchette was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast everyday.The lobby was beautiful. People from your management team were there daily talking with your clients they were very friendly and offered to help in anyway they could. This breakfast has longer hours unlike other hotels. This allowed us time to wake up without being rushed to breakfast. The bed was very comfortable the sofa and the chair were not. We tried to watch a movie but the sofa really was so uncomfortable we had to go into the bedroom to finish the movie. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom that did not work we mentioned it to the front desk and they explained that it was controlled by the wall switch. That was not the issue, the switch did not work. The temperature outside was cool so we really got along fine without the fan. Hopefully it will be fixed before it is needed in the future.

the kids loved the pool. the staff was very nice. breakfast was great and the staff tending to the buffet was exceptional.

The location is great, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The lobby is very welcoming, was cutely decorated for fall. Carrie was thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. We stayed in a suite with full (tiny) kitchen. The utensil tray was missing in the dishwasher. There are absolutely no towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels on or a change of clothes. There are only two small trashcans in the whole place with no trashbag liners. Gross. The ottoman in the living room was worn out. My son slept on the sleeper sofa and the springs were so loud every time he moved, that he couldn't get any sleep. House cleaning was supposed to come every other day, however, we left out around noon on the day they were supposed to clean. They never came to clean. We did ask for fresh towels at the front desk which the staff readily gave. Parking was fine and the hotel is in a nice area. Overall, an average stay. Not fancy. Old hotel.

Friendly, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was in a convenient location, close by to several restaurants and an easy drive to the beach. The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable. However, the best part of the hotel, was probably the front desk staff every time that I engaged with them they were friendly and accommodating.
