We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, Rory at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. He was so kind, thoughtful, and personable, the kind of person who truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Anytime we needed something, Rory was there with immediate assistance and a smile. It really made our stay extra special. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. We left already talking about how we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Rory for such a great experience!

Everytime I come to Charleston I stay at Hotel Indigo in Mt. Pleasant. Staff always great, rooms always clean. Only disappointment was their coffee. Was weak. lol.

Great location, execellent service. Elizas, the restaurant on site is fantastic. One particular server Lashonda is a gem! She is attentive, friendly, and efficient. I would most certainly stay again. The hotel staff are efficient, proactive and friendly. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.
