There were some dirty clothes left in a small dresser in the closet, but other than that the room was extremely clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping refreshed towels and wash clothes daily. I do wish there was access to a microwave for warming up food. But I appreciate the complimentary cappuccino machine and water coolers on the property.

Amenities- the hot tub was broken which was our entire reason for coming there as we enjoyed it last year. Our shower also didn’t have hot water for a day which was disappointing, staff was friendly and rooms and facilities all clean but the water issues put a damper on our trip. Also we’re overcharged initially for the resort fee but eventually was resolved.

Deluxe king with balcony room was beautiful, clean and spacious with a gorgeous pool, harbor and sunset view. Loved the little in room fireplace. All staff we encountered were professional, friendly and efficient. Short stay between Christmas and New Year's so only the Fish House restaurant & bar were open. Shuttle to downtown was convenient and efficient. Would definitely stay again.
