Both days we were without hot water around 0700 to about 0730. Very frustrating. The staff did listen however it was not resolved as it seems to be a building problem and not a room problem.

Most everything there was nice. The only things we that we didn't like was the tile floor in the bathroom that looks permanently grubby, and the fact that we couldn't change the temp in our room.
