Dutch Hill Manor II is a beautiful, brand new property in the country side.

NEW construction 2018. Dutch Hill Manor II enjoys awesome long distance views of the valley and the rolling hills. This offering is very convenient to All Star Village tournaments. It is set in a private setting at the edge of a lightly wooded area, with a private patio for outdoor dining. You can enjoy the sunsets over the hills from the balcony off the living room and the master bedroom.

Cathedral ceilings finished with pine give each room a dramatic inviting ambiance. Tastefully chosen furnishings complete the appealing contemporary decor. There are wood or tile floors throughout.

NOTE: This offering is in the same structure as Dutch Hill Manor I, but is very private with a breezeway in between the 2 units. This is an ideal choice for families who wish to be near each other but still have their own private lodging.

Cooperstown stay

The property was well kept! Check in process was easy! Perfect for a week of baseball! 9 mins away from all star village and loved that we could separate from all the baseball! House was basically brand new and everything was perfect!

The house was perfect amount of space for our family of five. The description is fairly accurate.

If your plans are to go to Dreams Park it’s a fifteen minute drive and Cooperstown is 29 minutes. The house is nice but, was unable to contact anyone about a passcode for the house. I did reach out to the property manager who never responded!! Luckily the side garage door was left unlocked and we had to leave it unlocked anytime we left the house! Also, their was not a vacuum or even a broom left for us to clean up the floors with.

Cute and Cozy stay for Fall

Super Responsive Owner and Maintenance available. Accurate description of the listing. Very close to Wilbur Lake! Will definitely recommend this place. Awesome value for Money.

Nice Place Direct TV does not work

Need a little deeper cleaning but it was ok. Covid times require better cleaning (my thoughts). The cable TV never worked and the response said that only wifi was offered. The listing mentions two tv's, what are they for then? Also there is a notge in the wall requesting no to use the internet to downloand movies because it is satellite an limited and when the plan is gone for the month is gone, and future guests may en up without internet. We respected the rule there so No TV and no movie watching using internet. AND there is no cel phone signal in the area so we ended up in facebook and whattasp chats in our free time. Most of the day we were out of the house in Hamilton NY as we were dropping in college our daughter so at night fb and whattasp. Overall a good place

Awesome house! There is an amazing balcony which was gorgeous to watch the sun go down over the trees. It slept our whole group comfortably. The host was responsive when we called about the gas on the grill being empty, he offered to come fix it the same day. Great place!!

A lovely weekend at both manors

A group of 5 of us rented both properties to have enough space and privacy but enjoy a long weekend trip. Both properties were wonderful - we spent a lot of time grilling and sitting by the fire pits. We also enjoyed exploring all the farm stands, bookstores, cheese stores etc. Internet connectivity was sporadic but it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy the time together!

Very nice... beautiful

It was a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our stay. All of us had a great time. Not sure of the requirements of checkout but we didn’t have dishwasher soap so we cleaned and left the dishes in the washer. Hope that’s ok

Quite, comfortable, pretty view.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated place, very cute baseball decor in one bedroom. Property is well maintained. Nice view of the sunset from the deck. Very quite, but can be in either baseball park in 15 minutes and Cooperstown in 20. Master bed is very comfortable, nice master bath with a shower seat. Area to grill and sit out back with a separate deck accessible off the bedroom and livingroom. Great value as a single hotel room would cost more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A nice place to stay for Cooperstown baseball

This house was perfect for our week in Cooperstown Dreams Park. Three of us parents rented this property and drove approximately 15-20 minutes to the park. It was the perfect setup for our week in CDP.

Enjoyed our stay!

Home was very clean and nicely decorated! We had a wedding in the area and stayed just a couple of nights. We had family rent the house that is attached to ours and it worked out great! Wish we had more time so enjoy the outside area of the house. Good view of the sunset from the front of the house.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Dutch Hill Manor ll is in a beautiful location and the autumn leaves were spectacular despite some rain and clouds. The apartment is very comfortable, master bedroom and shower are great. The WiFi was not working while we were there. We like to cook while traveling, we found most of what we needed but a few things were lacking. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
