This was supposed to be a non-smoking facility, for which I had to sign a disclaimer, and when I got to the room, it reeked of cig smoke & other things. The room was filthy and stank in general. We asked for another room & they sent us over to another one and it was worse. I did not feel safe and the room was completely unacceptable in my opinion. It was so bad I walked away and called them after I left advising them the room wasn't acceptable and that I had left.

There was a smoking area right outside the 6 person/ 3 queen beds room so the room smelled like stale smoke. The mattresses also needed replaced.

This was more of a locals hotel than an travelers stop. People smoking sitting on the stairs (which were rusting out) sitting in chairs in front of their rooms, at all times of the day and night making it awkward and uncomfortable to get past to your room. If i hadn't been with my husband would not have felt comfortable to have stayed.

Great staff and simple free breakfast. Overall, the outside of the building needs attention and updating. Our beds were horrible because they bent in the middle and made noise when you barely moved.

I booked the two bedroom suite. I was traveling with my elderly parents. They probably should tell you somewhere when booking that this facility doesn’t even come close to meeting ADA requirements. The two bedroom suite is on the second floor and there’s no elevator. This is probably a 1960s old style motel with the metal grate staircase going up to the second floor. My 90-year-old dad struggled and fell once. Jessica at the front desk was amazing to let us use the stairs within the hotel but it still was a struggle. The two bedroom suite is a regular motel room with 2 queen beds and a bed in a small separate room with a metal folding chair and a small side table. One of the queen size beds had the sheets sort of messed up and definitely not pulled tight. We debated if they forgot to change the sheets. I offered to go get another set of sheets at the front desk, but my parents were too tired. We just dealt with it. The room is definitely no frills. The floor is laminate and I could see some bare footprints pretty well defined on the floor which grossed me out a bit, but we just kept our shoes on. It’s just an old motel definitely lacking frills. I paid $100 at night for the suite and it probably should’ve been about half that. It appears to be a motel for workers who are in the area who need a cheap place to stay. In the evening, there were a couple of men hanging outside smoking weed and smoking cigarettes. They were gone early the next morning. Friendly, but I won’t be back
