Modern Home Fully Remodeled W/Exercise Area

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Parks, downtown, food and the freeway. This beautiful house went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Its comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. Exercise in the sunroom, play in the backyard. Cook some great meals, smoke something on the traeger, or kick back and relax. Go visit the local sites or head to boise 35 minutes away. This house has a ton to offer!
The space
This is a single level house with a basement. On the main level you will find a spacious kitchen that is open to the dining room and living room. The island has seating for 4 and is a great place to spend time for those who aren't busy in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with a griddle, air fryer, toaster, blendtec blender, and everything you need to bake or cook! There is a bathroom and one bedroom on the main level. The sunroom is right off the living room. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, laundry room and the master bedroom with an ensuite. Ensuite has a walk in shower with double shower heads and a stand alone soaker tub. Downstairs also has a kids play room with a book shelf with lots of kids books and train table.

Other things to note
There are some books in the upstairs bedroom on the book shelfs that are free to read but not take. The exercise equipment is to be used at your own risk as well as the play set in the back.

Quiet Neighborhood

The property was great and as advertised. It was clean and spacious. There were some problems getting into the property the night of check in which may have been a Vrbo problem. When the property manager did reach us she was apologetic and quick to help us.

In Mt Home visiting my daughter and family. The house was great. We had 4 adults staying here. The play room and swing set was a huge success with the grandkids 2 and 4 when they came to ver to the house to visit!

You'll want to stay forever

We loved every minute here for the month we stayed. April & Robbie were kind and responsive to our inquiries. Loved having the treadmill in the sunroom for the winter. The house has everything you need for a spectacular stay in Mountain Home!

Superb Rental

The owners were excellent upon check in and any maintenance or questions we had for them. They assisted us in booking to help us move to the Mountain Home area. The home has all the supplies you could possibly need and more! The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to all places in town. We are quite comfortable here for our long haul stay.

Cute place

Short visit to Mountain Home. This place is very cute and easy to get to off the major highway to Boise. The Mountain View is beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and one of the showers has a double shower head and that was lovely. We owner seems nice but we did not communicate much. I would stay again

BEAUTIFUL / QUIET (JUST WHAT WE NEEDED)

From booking to leaving, there were absolutely NO ISSUES! Excellent communications with owner. The property was so clean, and had everthing (minus groceries of course) we needed to make our stay VERY enjoyable and relaxing. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, it was hard to believe anyone else lived around us. This was a "Bucket List" trip for my wife and me, since this is where we met back in 1975. Trips to the Sand Dunes, Strike Dam, the Base, Pine, etc., had us rel-living the moments so many years ago.Thank you to April for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property, and for allowing us to re-live those "moments"...It was VERY, VERY hard for us to leave.
