I really like the secured underground parking. The only issue is it is very close to the 237 on ramp, and a person unfamiliar with the area could easily get confused.

Nice hotel, great value and easy to get to..unfortunately there is no getting away from the traffic noise.

Poor and Weird Customer Service

Check-in and check-out was thru remote human on a kiosk. Not a big fan. Human on the other side are nice but they are offshore somewhere and have limited capabilities to do anything other than check-in/out. If you need help, you are asked to send an email to manager Roberto and you never get a response back even after several follow-ups. Room and price wasn't bad, but the customer service wouldn't make me stay here again.

I did not feel safe at this hotel for some reason traveling alone I would not recommend staying if you are a female by yourself.

Very clean. Easy check in check out. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment. I like the gated underground parking.

Great hotel! However, the point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. I asked if they could put my room away from other rooms if they could just because I have had noisy neighbors in the past and didn’t want a repeat. The lady said she could absolutely do that. Alas, my room was right next to a party that talked and watched tv into the early hours of the morning. I slept about 2 hours. Had the noise not been an issue, I would give this hotel a full 5 stars.
