Room was nice and the staff was great. However, there were a few issues.
The bedsheet was dirty after the check in. We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min.
When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling. Then, we noticed a hole in the box of sweets that we had left in the room with crumbs lying around. The staff moved us to an adjacent room. But the whole thing took a while and we lost an hour of sleep.
Even after that, I was not able to fall asleep because there were constant beeping noises from other rooms. This might have been because of the staff entering and leaving our old room for cleanup. But this caused another hour of lost sleep.
When someone enters their room there is a beep. If the door is not closed fully, it starts beeping until you close the door. This was very annoying because you could constantly hear the beeps from the nearby rooms.
