Very disappointed main reason for choosing this hotel was the pool which was all locked up and unusable could have gotten a cheaper hotel if i would have known. Staff was nice. We checked in on a friday and out on Wednesday house keeping was never in our room had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towels. Hallways and elevator floors were not clean. However they offer a very good breakfast

Terrible front desk
Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsThe front desk staff was gruff and unhelpful. I was informed I could not get a receipt for the stay from them but would receive it in email, which I have not received.

Hello. Unfortunately, when booking through Expedia you receive your receipt from them. The hotel is unable to provide you with one.

When online and I reserve a room because we were there for volleyball, and it showed a pool that's why I chose it. A group of girls for volleyball stayed here to have the pool. If the pool is closed it needs to say that online. I could have gotten a $100 cheaper room across the street with no pool. This was ridiculous. That's all my girls look forward to. It should have been given to me at a cheaper price after going to customer service about this

Great place to stay
Posted Jan. 21, 2024 on HotelsExcellent! Very clean, friendly staff, quiet. Stayed here for my daughter volleyball tournament and was very pleased. Heard from fellow parents who stay at other nearby hotels that theirs were super loud and dirty. Glad I chose Fairfield!
