Loved the room, and the service… but “Complimentary Breakfast” was only allowed for 1 guest of all 3 of us. This was not disclosed at check in. So getting a hefty bill (>$30) for 2 cups of coffee and a roll was very frustrating.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Room was small but clean. The only odd thing was the cleaning staff entered our room both days we stayed there even though we had the Do Not Disturb tag on the door.

Well located especially to Oktoberfest. Rooms were quiet and clean. Overall great location and the restaurant attached to it was good too. The young lady in the morning was very pleasant.

Perfect room for one person near the Theresienwiese. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was pretty packed and fun all day into the night. Big liter beers and pizza. Beer in the vending machines. What more could you ask for?

Walker family in Munich.

We are a family of 3. Our room was large enough and comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. We had breakfast each morning in the bakery just a few yards up the street. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby. We easily walked to all the sites. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Europe Eurail tour

The hotel is a short walk from the Munich Train Station. Also the shopping centre is ~15-20mins walk. But all the shops closed on Sunday. Breakfast is served buffet style by the lobby with complimentary sparkling wine. We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast very much! Thank you.

Nice Hotel

Very impressed. Just an overnight visit. Received a call late in the day from reception asking for an eta. Informed our train was delayed considerably and he told me he would wait to check us in, arrived at hotel at 0130 and true to his word, he greeted us and check-in went well. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and the shower is amazing. Breakfast was good, but closer to finishing, the food and coffee wasn’t very hot, but acceptable. Overall, 9/10, would be very happy to stay again.

The hotel is ideally situated - three tram stops away from the main station, with the tram stop right outside - it makes it really convenient for exploring Munich. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed; the breakfast was excellent, and there was a great Italian restaurant on the Ground floor. Staff were friendly and efficient. We would definitely go back.
