It is a parking garage converted into hotel rooms. Very basic rooms. we had a bathroom and no shower doors and water went everywhere. The area around it was under construction. there are no closets just 2 things that hang from the cement ceiling. It was quiet and easy transportation.
Our room. Like they ran out of paint.

Room was way too small, barely had room to store and open luggage. Had I known, I would have stayed closer to Karlsplatz or even nearer the Central München Hbf. Too long to walk to where I wanted to be. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Not much in the way of food options.

Interesting location. Close to Ostbahnhof station. Fun atmosphere at night. Rooms are clean and modern but on the smaller side. Water temperature seemed to fluctuate a bit too much while in the shower but it was still manageable. No fridge in the room.

Clean and modern

Cute and clean. Very small room, we had large luggage and couldn’t lay both of our bags down at the same time. The air conditioner was not strong and no fan was available for us to use. The shower temp was very inconsistent, scalding one second and cold the next. I like that they give out beer or water if you don’t choose to have your room cleaned for the day. Very close to the train station and places to eat/drink. Nightclubs are all around and was kinda loud but having noise canceling headphones helped.

The rooms were simple and exactly what we needed for our stay. We were able to get extra pillows from the front desk and got free beer for skipping cleaning days. It was a short walk from the station and there were stores and restaurants nearby.
