Comfortable and clean

I had a great experience here as a solo female traveler - service was good, room was clean, and surrounding area was very walkable. Just felt like it should be mentioned that this is also a gay mens’s sauna, that fact didn’t matter to me and I still felt perfectly comfortable but had no idea until I got to the property and thought others should know!

Very clean and comfortable property. The two men on the front desk were warm and helpful. The welcome “prezzie” was outstanding! If you stay here don’t overlook this treat as the restaurant is excellent. And the welcome presecco was a nice touch. It’s an excellent area - quiet but with good shopping and bars nearby and a short walk to the Marienplatz. I’ll return.

Not worth it.

This is a small and old hotel in central city of Munich. The condition is much worse than the photos. The location is good with a short walk to Marienplatz, the old town. I’d rather spent more for a hotel with similar location.

Great location close to all the sites. Amazing staff and great customer service. I was especially impressed when I left my expensive headphones in the room and when I came back 2 days later they were in the lost and found. It really says a lot about the kind of staff here.

A cute hotel with free drinks (beers, Coke Zero, water) you can consume that is refilled daily with your stay. The hotel is also walkable from the main touristy spots in Munich and the area is very safe even when walking at night time.

I was pleased to be located off the quiet courtyard rather than the street and I enjoyed my welcome drink on the lovely 6th floor terrace. Very comfortable bed, plush towels, ample breakfast buffet. Initially we weren’t sure about the hotel because we tend to like modern rooms but the staff were welcoming and very kind and the energy of the hotel is very positive. We stayed in the suite, the charm of the traditional wood style furniture and wonderful oversized tub really won us over. The neighborhood is walking distance to everything and has some really great dining options right at your front door. Would definitely recommend this place ~

Awesome staff!! Great location, good food if you choose to dine at the hotel. The drinks in the hotel room fridge are free and they replenish each day!! We had a small balcony which was so nice for evening time. Housekeepers did an amazing job. Would definitely stay there again. Customer service was a 5 star!
