The location is great, only two stops by public bus from the airport that runs every 10 minutes. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! I will definitely highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at the Novotel. The online check-in was convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our modern, spacious room had high ceilings, comfortable beds, and quality bedding—everything we needed for a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to the airport—a short walk to the bus stop and just a €2 ride away. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Nice hotel. Location was great. Close to the airport. But you need to take a bus. It is too far to walk. No shuttle is available. It would be great if the hotel provided a flyer to explain how to take the bus to get to the train in order to go into the city and return. Not the hotel's fault that it is confusing but it would be very helpful to have an explanation for guests of which bus and which train to take. Otherwise, great!

We only spent one night here before flying out. This is an awesome hotel. We arrived by S-Bahn and walked to the hotel. We were misled by directions provided by the hotel via hotels.com messaging. The walking distance and route was rigorous when dragging travel gear and bags. There were no “N” logos on the walkway as described. We took a wrong turn before relying on GPS to get to the hotel. We cut across parking lots to get there. I recommend using the us connection to get there. To get to the terminal for our departure, we went to the bus stop and the next bus was full. So we dragged our bags back to the hotel and flagged down a taxi.
