Very clean and modern. Didn’t like that you had to ask the front desk for toilet paper (unless you’re booked for a week apparently, otherwise no fresh towels or any type of ‘maid’ service). The staff was very professional and friendly otherwise.

Great stay for celebrating Wiesn. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for S-bahn and U-bahn links. Loft apt was spacious and well equipped. Some common areas seemed in need of refresh but everything was kept clean. Would stay here again.

WunderLocke is a wonderful place to stay, with exceptionally kind staff, a unique and beautifully decorated room layout, and inviting common areas that make it easy to relax. I had a fantastic experience staying at Wunderlocke. It was my first time visiting anywhere in Europe, and it was nearly impossible to find any sort of problems with the accommodations at this stay. An extremely friendly and helpful staff at the bar and reception, and the rooms are incredibly clean with plenty of amenities. You really can’t beat the price of what you’re getting here, and the location makes it extremely convenient for public transportation around the city via the U-Bahn or bus. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if you’re looking for good lodging in Munich, Vielen Danke Wunderlocke!!

Great property for accessibility to the trains but in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were well apportioned but would have preferred cleanings daily instead of once per five days. Great staff.

Location is far away from the Old Town, despite the subway is nearby. There are not many restaurants nearby and the groceries store has basic items only. We didn’t like the bed on the floor and the soft pillows. We did like the wash machine in the room, it was very useful.

Excellent stay! (Please add shower curtains!)

We love the Wunderlocke! This is our second stay, in apartments with a different layout than last time, and we were perfectly comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. As I've mentioned before in my last review, the only area of improvement - - and it's small but important - - is that they add shower curtains. The bathrooms are modern and adequately equipped, but the shower is wide open and the entire bathroom floods, no matter how careful you are about angling the shower head.
