Disappointed

Carpet torn in parts of floor suggesting that the room may have allowed a pet. Inwhich, I would’ve preferred not having a room that had a pet in prior. You could smell the animals in hallways as you walk to your room. Bed was not comfortable and squeaked when sat on. Chairs were stained at dining table, requiring a towel to sit because I was uncertain of the causes of the stains in the chair. Bathroom sink had cracks and water drained slowly- baseboards were dusty and impacts those of us with allergies.

Solid for the price, but not excellent

Service was great from everyone! The hot breakfast every morning was very delicious and was a great perk. Bed and couch were mid-comfort and after sleeping on the bed for a week our backs definitely felt it. Carpets in the hallways and stairs could definitely use some thorough cleaning. Room had a stove but no pans to cook with.

Will definitely stay here again. Room was nice, breakfast was good, great selection. Staff was very friendly. Everything we needed. Only thing I didn't like was TV channel selection, but no problem. We will be back.

Pleasantly impressed

My experience was very enjoyable. From the minute I walked in was greeted with a warm welcome. Front desk was punctual with checking me in getting me to my room. Once I got to my room, I was impressed with the cleanness of the room. Most impressive was the comfort of the bed. I definitely will be staying here again.

Breakfast bar needs improvement.

Hotel stay was good but breakfast left a lot to be desired. Oatmeal was extremely watery. There was not enough pastries and food was room temp. I selected Homewood because of my previous stays.

The room was dingy with frayed rugs, The elevator was filthy and not cleaned. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed daily unless you ask. This wasn’t explained before we checked in and when I came back in the evening to find that they didn’t clean I asked why this was and was told by the front desk person that they have a lot of rooms and can’t get to all of them. I am certainly disappointed in this location.
