Trop bruyant
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HotelsChambre avec un grand lit, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes dans la chambre. Cafetière. Douchette dans la douche, lavabo et WC. Chambre excessivement mal isolée : on entend les voisins et la route. Le petit déjeuner est inexistant ! Quelques gâteaux (durs) et quelques céréales. Pas de lait ni de yaourt… bof ! Je ne comprends pas la bonne note attribuée à ce motel…

We appreciate your feedback. As this is an older property, insulation is not as good as it should be; however we will certainly look into what can be done to reduce noise. In terms of your comments about breakfast, we do provide coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate, fruits, pastries, cereal, instant oats, milk and yogurts as advertised on our website. Cozy, cute, spartan, simple, retro, perfect sleep over place. Even though its close to a main road night time was quiet. Would deffinately stay here again.

It seems like the original owners have sold this property. The new owner has made some changes & it feels like the uniqueness of this place has changed.

Thank you Christopher for your feedback. You are right about the ownership change. One major change you may see is the missing Art Gallery. The old owner was an artist. She displayed her arts in some of the rooms and breakfast area for guests to enjoy and purchase her work. We have purchased some of her arts, however do not have gallery. We are still local family owned business who takes pride in providing clean affordable rooms with vintage charm to our guests and also making some improvements. Thank you for staying with us. We really appreciate it.

This was a great price for a weekend stay and the rooms are quaint; don’t need anything more. However, if you need your rest, this may not be the place for you The walls are thin and you hear everything. The rooms are all very close to the road (the pics make it seem like it sits farther back) and your neighbors may as well share a window. There are no deadbolts on the rooms either.

Thank you for your feedback. We noted your concerns about the noise and will certainly consider it during our next renovation. The door locks are being replaced in March, 2024 with the smart locks which will allow our guests easy entry and additional security.
