Surf Master by the Sea 108 is a three-bedroom, three-bath first-floor oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, oceanfront balcony, LVT flooring, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (65-inch in living room), DVD player, Wi-Fi, and RING smart doorbell are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen and one twin-over-double bunk bed, plus one sofa bed. Common area features include two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools, hot tubs, and parking, (some covered, seven-foot clearance). Parking spaces are limited, and availability is based on the size of each unit. One-bedroom units are assigned one parking pass; two- and three-bedroom units are assigned two parking passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear-view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Maximum occupancy: 7

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom 3bath condo on the first floor with ocean front balcony was a Very pleasant unit for a family group of 6. Overall I would give it a B rating. On the positive side a good layout, up to date kitchen appliances, kitchen equipment good except for no bowls, and the beds comfortable and living areas comfortable. The tv worked well and was easy to use. On the negative there were large stained areas on some of the carpets, the bedding needs to bereplaced, the lights were small and dim, and there were spots on the.bathroom walls, and the pillows were not comfortable. Although the rental description stated that this unit was updated, it still needs some updating.

Front office always great, property management as well. Owners of 108 need to invest in basic upgrades and maintenance, broken door handles, cracked molding, broken towel racks etc...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property many times over the past several years. We love the location, the beach, the community. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. It is in need of some upgrades in the bathrooms and even the bedrooms, but the new furniture and new appliances over the past few years have been nice. Also, we were glad to see that the stairwell had been painted. This is our favorite beach vacation spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning unit needed servicing and they came when we called. In the beginning of our stay it was comfortable however by Tuesday and the rest of the time it was hot, many nights could not sleep. The unit just ran and ran, maintenance put in freon, it did not help. The living room furniture needs to be replaced so uncomfortable you could not sit on it. The TV's need to be updated as well. Some kitchen utensils need to be added.
