Room was spacious and clean, although the wall HVAC unit could use a good cleaning and repair of the vent slats. Staff is always friendly and courteous, willing to help with any problem you might experience. Excellent value!

after i stayed there for two weeks with my kids, im homeless atm the manger found out and i paid a whole week and he kick me out saying i cant have my kids in here i cuss him out and he called the cops on me the cops on my side cause why would he kick out a mom that paid for her stay and have no where else to go. i paid my whole check and could not even get a refound that day

For the location (5 miles from downtown Muskegon) and the price, it was a decent stay. The front lobby is dated and needs to be brighter. The front desk person had a long going on, so we had to wait a few minutes to check in. Our room with a king bed was spacious and clean and comfortable. The site has plenty of parking and it lit well at night. It met our needs for our one-night stay.
