Pet fee is 3x more expensive than any other hotel and they refused to put us on the ground floor, which is what every other hotel does. Elevator and hallways are filthy and elevator does not have proper certification displayed anywhere. Front staff was rude and dismissive. Especially Hailey. Any future travelers should stay far away.

Front desk clerk was nice. Rooms were decent but wasn’t the cleanest. The coffee maker in the room was dirty had a bad build up in the water reservoir. Rooms were cold and couldn’t turn the heat on cause the on off switch wouldn’t budge.
