Website states check-in times for each day of the week -(Sunday 8am to 6pm). Arrived 4pm on Sunday to discover office shut. Only a very vaguely worded notice stuck to wall saying that a 1300 number needed to be rung to obtain a code to open the lock box on the wall. Once we figured that out, rang the 1300 number and obtained the code number to open the box to retrieve our keys. Had to enter by a back door and up stairs to our room. No staff anywhere. Room not especially clean either. Certainly won't be staying there again.

Check in was fast and efficient. The room is an older room and does need to be renovated. My toilet was loose and moved around. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the linen and pillows were nice. The resturant had a limited menu, food was good, except, they made you pay after you ordered whoch was really strange.

Y'all need to clean the doors and the walls, the special the hallways and bathroom door, they were so dirty! Door to room had decent gaps around it so light came in all night. Cockroach in the dishes. Sorry - it wasn't a good stay, didn't match the reviews I read which influenced me to book this place.
