Bump in the Road.

THis was my second stay. This time I had a walk in shower instead of over the bath...... winning. I was away from the Hwy noise...... winning. Last time room service was amazing, hot and fast; this time it took the kitchen an hour to tell me they couldn't make my order so I had a burger instead (another 20mins) It was tasty but the fries on the side were cold and nasty. I did receive an apology and a couple of ciders.... nice. I will keep coming back but hope the kitchen has its act together next visit.

I remember when this was a top motel. My room seemed like it was dragged out of moth balls to be used. Continually running cistern broken power point in the bathroom and only one glass.

Hi Stephan - I am sorry you did not enjoy the room, with age some things do break down and we are replacing as time goes on - I wish you had of let me know, I definitely would have given you the option of staying in another room!
