The proximity to the beach is excellent. The hotel itself is not so great. We had to switch rooms within 5 minutes of entering. There were roaches. When we got moved to our second room during inspection we spotted another roach. The smell in the room was also musky. You could tell that the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while, if ever. If you don't care about clean updated amenities then this place is ok because it's access to the beach is awesome.

I would definitely go back! Only complaints I have was wifi wasn’t great or worked at all on the first day granted it was a festival weekend so not the biggest deal, the elevator was sketchy, and the showers kind of suck but that’s all!
