3br/2bath slept 7 of us comfortably, balcony view was amazing, loved the property, so much to do on site, only flaw is the parking garage is tight squeeze but will definitely come back.
We really enjoyed our stay. The view and space were perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed there with our 3 kids (7, 4, and 1) as well as my sister and her friend (15). It was just the right amount of space for us. As other reviews noted, it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed but it was bug-free and the linens and towels were freshly washed. It seemed more just things like grout and kitchen items were dirty from age. The location worked well for us, but it is about a mile from the boardwalk and skywheel if you're looking for something in walking distance. It had a nice walking trail and park oceanside that started a few condos north and we used it everyday.
The view and location was superb. The staff was super friendly and the kitchen fully stocked. It was very quiet and our friend group had a fantastic time. The bedrooms were perfect. Some issues: clogged sinks, stuck door to a bathroom, and updating needs to happen. These are cosmetic and didnât bother us. There was two days where water was shut off in the whole building, the first night without notice. Communication with the owners was sparse, but they did respond within 12 hour time frame. All in all, we would recommend this place to anyone.
The condo could have been much nicer. We had problems with the dryer not drying, owner did replace it after we called a complained for the 3rd time. And the sinks backed up, smelled sewage for 3days until they had a plumber come and fix it. When we called about these problems "Big Fish Rentals", the lady hung up on me. Would not recommend "Big Fish Rentals". We could not use half of the pots and pans, big gouges in them, had to wash them before we used them.
Rooms were dirty, stove didnât work properly, dryer didnât heat, washing machine backed up into kitchen sinks, had a very bad smell in room, vents and ceilings had lots of cobwebs, bathroom had mold and mildew, king bed didnât have a real mattress, no paper towels or detergent for the dishwasher, outlet for coffee maker didnât work - customer service was terrible. Trying to get someone to contact me back took 3 days.
