Unit 907 in Grand Atlantic Resort is a corner unit with a direct oceanfront balcony that stretches across the living room to the master bedroom. This spacious 1800 sq ft unit features a full kitchen with a living room and dining area. This unit comfortably accommodates 16 guests with a large kitchen that is fully stocked for cooking. This building features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie play areas, a lazy river and an on-premise restaurant.

We have 5 units in this building, including three 4 bedroom/3 bath units and two 2 bedroom/2 bath units. They are units 701, 904, 905, 907 and 1207.

This is a direct oceanfront 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach with a large balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with an in suite private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two full sized beds each. The forth bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private in room bathroom and has its own private entrance as well as can be entered from the main unit. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies` pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 3 spots.

About the area:
There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend and NASCAR.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath oceanfront condo.

This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas around the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.

You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo.

Our guests have access to all the amenities onsite.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

‱ No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
‱ Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
‱ All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
‱ No linens or household items are missing or damaged
‱ No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
‱ The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
‱ No pets of any kind are kept on premises
‱ No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
‱ Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
‱ You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
‱ You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
‱ You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
‱ If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
‱ We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

The apartment did not meet our expectations based on the VRBO listing. I have uploaded photos showing the differences between what was advertised and what we received. 1. Décor items did not match the listing. For example, the center table was different and visibly dirty with stains. The chandelier was also different, and the light bulbs appeared dusty, as if they had not been cleaned in a long time.2. The wall décor near the dining table was missing.3.Paint was peeling in multiple areas, including walls and trim.4.Walls had visible dirt and pencil marks.5.Towel holders were flimsy.6.The front door peephole and door stopper were broken.7.Paint was chipping and falling onto the dining table, and while eating food we had to worr about what is falling in food.Other points that should have been metioned in the Listing1. Keys had to be picked up from a location about 5 miles away, which was inconvenient.2..The third parking spot was overflow parking, which we only learned at check-in. A map or diagram should have been provided in advance.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. The check in process was not straight forward and the key that was supposed to be at 3rd party location was not there. Then had to drive to another place, laundromat, to pick up key. The unit had plenty of room for 8 of us. Each person got their own bed except for one couple. The balcony view was amazing. Sea winds were refreshing. We had ZERO issues with parking.

Amazing Condo and Service

The space is amazing! Almost 1800 sq ft! Comfortable furniture, and amazing view from the 9th floor! The owners are super friendly and communicative. Everything was super easy to handle. Really enjoyed this condo and we plan to rent again in the near future!

Unfortunately Not as Advertised

100% satisfied with VRBO and their customer service on trying to resolve a bad experience. We arrived to our oceanfront condo with workers on it doing construction. Property was advertised as 3 pools, lazy river, 2 jacuzzi. Only one pool was available during stay and everything else was being remodeled. One morning we woke up to the construction crew working on our balcony at 8am. Host was rude after I requested refund. It was my first time using VRBO and the host asked me a week after we checked out, “why didn’t you leave and check out?” I didn’t know what would happen with my money if I just left, so that’s on me for not knowing. The host didn’t offer this to me on day 1 when I voiced concerns. I think what’s most frustrating during the process is that I still haven’t received an apology from the host. As a business owner myself I understand things happen, but it’s never okay to be rude to your clients/guests. I will never book with this host again no matter what the price is.

Family Trip

The condo was clean and nice. However if we knew there was construction going on we would have chosen a different place to stay. The pools were out of commission (which we chose here for the inside lazy river and pool) We had 6 kids all ready to swim but were not able to. Top if off with the loud drilling going on in the morning. I would definitely check to see if construction is finished before booking. Otherwise this is a nice clean unit.

Beautiful ocean front condo, best if you drive a small car

Loved floor plan of condo. Hosts responded promptly to addressed issues and were easy to work with. Caring kind couple. Would definately rent from them again if we ever return to Myrtle Beach. but not a unit at Grand Atlantic facility. Main complaint was with the parking garage, which I share just for information purposes. I drive full size pickup which was very difficult to drive thru narrow turns and park due to massive cement pillars (which are probably necessary for structural support). Also height clearance was 6 ft 8", so barely fit in garage heightwise. Just a dated garage that doesn't accomodate today's vehicles. Kept banging heads unloading truck bed. There's an optional surface lot a half block from condo but as 70 yr olds, we wanted to be in the attached ramp. Management of Grand Atlantic also was doing a lot of winter maintenance. Put signs in elevator that certain floors in ramp would be unavailable for parking for two days or so, but it took weeks for the work to be completed. Made it difficult to find space to park on weekends when there were more guests in the building..

Christmas at the Beach

We had a great time at this VRBO. We were able to just go out on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise every morning. The property includes and indoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, and outdoor pool (open in December). The bedrooms were spacious and the common rooms were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property.

Everything was good except the parking. It’s a 4 bedroom and sleeps up to 11 people but there is only 3 parking passes and there is absolutely nowhere to park. It will cost up to 60 per car extra and it’s not near the condo. That was the only issue I had. It was very nice and location was good.

Family vacation

Our condo was very clean and perfect size for 13 people even if the other 2 would have came would have plenty of room. Plenty of dishes and glasses and cups, also plenty of cooking items! We had trouble with tvs and the owner was quick to responded and help us at our convenience! Only problem was the parking spaces were very tight! You do need a car to get to places or to shop We would stay again! Thank you for our stay there!

We had a wonderful time. Our group consisted of five adults and four children. The unit fit us all perfectly. I was somewhat skeptical about having a unit on the 9th floor but we never had to wait too long. The apartment had everything we needed. We would stay there again.
