With a few exceptions the staff were unapproachable and unfriendly. They lacked courtesy and were impolite. The room we were in had a tub with chips in the porcelain and a hand held shower head attached to the wall. The water pressure and temperature were difficult to adjust. The walls in the kitchen had scuff marks. There was peanut shell debris in the area around our entry door. No closet to hang clothes in. A dirty ironing board cover and non working iron. The on site coffee shop had impolite unapproachable workers. I think in the hopes no one would want to buy their coffee there. The location itself was fabulous as we were right on the beach and the bed was comfortable and appeared clean. The kitchen was a full kitchen including stove. Refrigerator. Microwave and dish washer. There was a washer dryer combo in the room. The main reason for my low score on the review was the rude customer service we experienced. Also please avoid the magnolia restaurant and mini golf they offer as both are extremely shabby there are many restaurants and mini golf places just a street over. I expected more from a Hilton hotel

Great beachfront hotel with clean, spacious rooms! I stayed here during a solo trip to attend Mustang Week car show. Splenty of activities on the property and surrounding area with multiple swimming pools, the beach, putt putt golf right across the street from hotel, as well as free parking garage across street ($30 per day for valet parking is available if needed).

Room was clean; well laid out. Partial ocean view with room for one chair on small balcony. Didn’t use pools. Packed with people drinking beer. Beach is nice. Brought our own chairs and shibumi to save the $50 rental per day. Dryer put rust all over my Costa sunshirt. Best HGV woukd do was offer to pay for dry cleaners. The shirt is ruined. It’s a matching set so no replacement available. Maybe consider a new dryer??? Coffee shop: complete waste of money. Their idea of a latte is to MICROWAVE the milk. Young girls working. Completely disengaged. Actually yawning while ‘serving’ me. Do yourself a favor and walk up to 29th street to Starbucks. We’ve stayed at a Marriott near this property that was far superior. A little extra money goes a long way.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and we felt comfortable the entire time. The beds were spacious and cozy, and the kitchen was a great bonus—large, with plenty of kitchenware, and a huge fridge that came in handy. The showers were excellent with great water pressure, and we loved the view of the beach from our room. The hotel was also very family-friendly. They provided us with a playpen for our toddler, and the pool options were fantastic. There was even a shaded toddler pool only 1 ft deep, which was perfect for little ones. The pool towels were always fresh and clean, and we liked having the choice of enjoying the pool or walking right onto the beach. Location was excellent too—just 5 minutes from the boardwalk and only a short 13-minute drive to the airport. Parking was free in the garage (a short walk, but manageable), and valet/drop-off options were available if you preferred. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The only minor downside was the street noise at night. During Mustang Week, we could hear cars all night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—thankfully, we brought a sound machine for our toddler which helped a lot. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay by the beach

Loved the room for the value we got. Parking garage bring a block away wasnt anticipated but the weather was nice so it worked out. Liked how we had a full home away from home with a kitchen and washer dryer combo as well.

The only thing I have negative was the parking across the street was a bit inconvenient. We are younger and wasn't too bad but for anyone with walking difficulties may be harder. However they do offer Valet parking for a few.
