Summary:

This bright and spacious oceanview condo is located along the Golden Mile Section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is one of the most desired in our area bringing repeat visitors every year! It is located directly across the street from the ocean - you will enjoy being in an area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from everything the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!



Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years old or older in order to check in



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 30 steps to get to unit on 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Newly updated countertops! Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Enjoy cable TV OR Roku TV on the large flat screen. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with ocean views from the bedroom window! 1 queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Newly updated! Stand up shower!



Bedroom 2: Two single beds.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.



Balcony: Beautiful Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section.

Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.

Ocean Forest Villas Unit B305 Review

We recently stayed at this property. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. It also has a great view of the ocean. Overall, while the location and views were great, we were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We were really looking forward to using the pool, but we were informed on our way there it wouldn't be available due to repairs on the sundeck. We were also informed at that time that the Spa would be open, but the heater was not functioning properly. It would have been nice to have known this earlier, as it was one of the reasons this property was booked. The 2nd bedroom window didn't have a lock, which felt a bit concerning for security. As far as cleanliness, the property was tidy, however, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors during our stay. After walking around barefoot, our feet and socks became quite dirty. It seems like the floors hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The towels provided were very linty, leaving fibers on the body and hair after use. It made for a bit of an uncomfortable experience as we had to constantly remove the lint. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the property has great potential. With some deep cleaning of the floors, a lock on the 2nd bedroom window, and newer towels it could really elevate the experience.
