Quiet section of Ocean Lakes with access to all ammenities

Welcome to Arrr! House. The house is located at site 1828 on Starfish Road. It's located in the Southside section of the community. The home is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home in Ocean Lakes Campground.

When you first enter the home you will find open concept of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a king master suite on the main level. On the second floor you will find another king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and a bedroom with 1 twin bunk. The king bedroom and a queen bedroom on the 2nd level walk out onto the upper deck. There are also 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor.

The home has been updated and freshly painted. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Extended cable, Wi-Fi, and DVD players.

***Linens are included at no additional cost***

Ocean Lakes has its own private beach access, arcade, mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools. It also offers a 2 acre water park that is open in the spring and summer months.

Change over day for weekly renters between the beginning of June to the middle of August are on Saturdays. Check in is at 3 pm, check out is at 10 am. The house is non-smoking and no pets. Renter must be at least 25 years old and someone 25 years or older must stay at the house during the entire rental period. No exceptions! Ocean Lakes charges $15/day per vehicle to everyone (including homeowners) who is entering the community. They require that the homeowners provide authorization for each vehicle guests have with them during their vacation.

Great vacation house

Property was bigger than expected but needed more parking space so we took advantage of the remote storage. This was definitely not a quiet street though. Lots of vehicles and golf carts travel this street. issues we had were resolved very quickly with homeowner

Love Ocean Lakes

We loved our stay this past weekend! Absolutely loved that everything in the house was labeled so you knew what went where and what light switch goes to what fixture. This house is in a quiet part of Ocean Lakes but is close to the road, so we heard motorcycles all hours of the night. It was bike week though, so I am sure that made it more noisy than normal. The only complaint I have is that one of the queen beds were broke and we needed every bed in the house to accommodate our family. The frame was broken on the bed and sleeping in it was not possible, so some had to sleep on the floor which didn't make it a pleasant stay for them. The owners were notified.

Great extended weekend with family

We enjoyed our stay with family. Overall nice home. I do recommend possibly supplying a cordless vacuum for inside hard surface floors and a leaf blower for porch for cleaning up all the worm-like pollen pods from the trees. It may just be the time of year, but everytime we came in, we had to sweep the whole floor. It had rained making the pods wet, causing them to stick to our shoes the whole time we were there. The home was spacious and the washer and dryer were great! Appeared to be a nice, new set. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back.

Good family trip

Home was nice and good for our long weekend with family. Although close to main road it was very quiet. We had some confusion about linens and owner responded very quickly. We weren’t able to sit on the deck, which we enjoy doing, due to all the tree pollen. We kept sweeping deck but it was constant. Of course is no one’s fault!

Wonderful Vacation

Katie was so kind and helpful. We are thankful that we were able to rent her lovely house. My family had an amazing time at the campground and loved coming back to the house to rest and quiet time. We will definitely rent this beautiful house again.

Family vacation

Our stay was great owners were very helpful the washer stopped working on Monday of our stay and they had a new set delivered by Friday owners stayed in constant contact with updates. Ocean Lakes is a great family vacation campground. Lots to do and see would t have to leave the campground if you didn’t want to.

House fit all of our needs for our large family. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Several outdoor balconies and patios for family to spread out. Enjoyed all of the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. Hose was also quick to respond with instructions or questions. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Lovely cottage has a great layout for adults and children to enjoy without feeling crowded. The first floor “master” was perfect for us grandparents and the four bedrooms upstairs provided ample space for the four adults and three children. Having three full bathrooms is a plus. The kitchen has very nice appliances and lots of storage space. The location is a little removed from the beach and activities so renting a golf cart is a plus.
