When we went to our room. I noticed the dresser had sticky residue all over it along with the bedside stand. The mirror door that covers the closet was broken off the hinges. There was also dirt all over the floor and marijuana particles in the microwave and all over the coffee bar stand.
I immediately went down to the front desk and asked for a different room. The young lady working at the front desk had me go look at a new room to choose whether we wanted to move to a new room or not. Of course we grabbed our belongings and moved to the new room.
I was happy with her being so nice and letting us move.
Also the pool and hot tubs were amazing but there was dirty bandiads everywhere and someone’s pain patch pool side.

Property says no smoking , however smell liked cigarettes throughout the entire lobby , elevator and entire floor the room was on , took them hours to clean the room when checking in at 4 pm the room was not a clean as it should be , pillow had make up stains and someone else’s hair on bedding , still had open bar of soap in the shower from someone who stayed prior to my check in , I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it wasn’t this bad I’m really dissatisfied
