It is unfortunate because my star rating is given for the beach and the company kept. The check in process was a breeze after hours and communication via text is wonderful. This hotel room is embellished photos. The cleanliness of the room was not good, beds are very loud getting on and off and the only blanket was fleece blanket. We were limited on towels for 5 people and cleaning supplies. The toilet handle is broken and the room is cluttered in comparison to the photos. We were disappointed to say the least after spending the amount of money we had. Did I mention cockroaches and no I am not a disgruntled guest. There are no cleaning products in the room to be used to clean the apartment with the exception of vacuum and broom. The remotes had dead batteries and the WiFi was absent or did not work. The Savoy pool was okay - not cleaned every day. Children had a great time but the leaking ceilings throughout the hotel were an issue- when spoken about it was said it was sideways rain or a/c leaks. Unacceptable. Not allowed to play card or board games in any public indoor spaces of the resort due to SC gaming commission. (Kids games). I would take a look at other vacancies if you can. Unfortunate to the team that the resort was not in the condition that it shows

Hidden gem

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Its very comfy and was perfect for a bch vaca getaway my family and i truely wanted. Only down would be humidity... it truely sneaks into the apartment and was a challenge to get the units temp just right in order to control condensation within but we were rarely there during the day to really notice lol..Quick walk to the bch or pool...quick drive to local restaurants and other activities. We hope to return soon to this little spot.

The perfect getaway.

The location of this place is perfect! Beach out your windows, minutes from anything up and down the main strip. Some things could be updated, but that didn’t affect our stay. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Access to the Grande Cayman resort is huge. I highly recommend traveling there during the week. Definitely not as crowded. Best time to visit the beach is after 5pm when the sun goes behind the resort. You won’t roast. 10/10 would stay again

We had a wonderful time. Check in was quick & easy. The only downside is the vacuum cleaner did not work at the property & it’s not anywhere written that with their Myrtle Beach properties cleaning and linens were included. Close proximity to the beach & our kids also enjoyed the amenities.

Beachfront paradise

The condo itself was clean, well stocked and great location. Be prepared for coffee on the great balcony in the mornings. There is a VERY SMALL closet that also contains the water heater. There is no dishwasher...so if you need closet space or a dishwasher, this is not the condo for you. It worked out sell for us because we used disposables the entire stay (we brought all dispasables: plates, utensils, cups, napkins). Its not dead ce ter Myrtle beach, which is MUCH busier than this location. We liked it here. Be prepared at 9am when the pool opens or you will not get a chair until after 5pm. People put their towels out, leave, then come back 2 or 3 hours later. This is a regular occurance at every resort and on cruises. Just expect it.

Cleanliness was terrible!

Loved the location (we have stayed at this location for years). I wish we could say we loved everything about it, but this place was filthy. This property has not been maintained for some time. Mold all arou d the tub and mold in corners of floor. Floors were filthy, so much grime under tv stand on living room. All furniture was filthy. Air conditio ing units moldy and full of dust and debris. Window (doors, etc.) Were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. No we did not complain to anyone about this. This trip was to celebrate our son who passed away in May, 2023. Frankly we just wanted to peace. We were not up to having any controversy over all the things that were wrong with this unit. I finally looked at some of the reviews and had I done this before hand, we would have never rented this unit. We will know to never rent this unit again. Sorry for all the negativity, but you can't make it better if you don't know.

Nice and private

Loved the location and privacy. The building is quiet and all the noise is in the bigger building so it was nice to be separate. The view on the balcony is amazing and so easy to walk out into the beach.

We had a little problem with the electronic door. We had difficulty locking the door once we got into the room.Other than a little note, no one told us how to use the electronic lock. I was told that Elliott Realty was supposed to show us how to use on a mockup and. Other than losing 4 hours of beach time the trip was good.

Myrtle Beach condo

The condo was a little dated but clean and nice location to the beach and oceanfront. There is a washer and dryer on premises that you have to pay to use so bring change if you intend to wash clothes. The gym and pool hot tub amenities are in/ at the hotel on site ,we had to get a key from hotel to use gym .There were 4 hot tubs but 2 did not work. Over all the property was ok , not bad not great .it was Fair for the price .

Amazing room and facility

Room was very clean upon arrival. The kids took the room and we slept on the amazing new couch. I have never slept on a more comfortable couch bed. I'll be buying one. The property is perfect for pool and beach fun. Water Temps were amazing in the lazy River and covered pool 87 + and the hotubs were very warm 102. One was broken but there are so many. The beach is cleaned every morning from garbage. We were so happy here.

Great oceanfront property

This unit has been updated, and has great ocean views! Plenty of room for just the two of us, but could easily accommodate up to 4 guests. Check-in and check- out was a breeze. My overall rating is 4 out 5. The mattress and box spring were so rickety and loud; would highly recommend replacing. I also would have liked to have had a full length mirror. Had those two items not have been issue, I would’ve given a 5.
