Pulling up to the property they take care of you right away. We had upgraded to Star Class so we had a separate area to check in. They explained everything and our concierge was also there while we checked in. She asked what she could do and we asked her to do all of our dinner reservations this way we knew ahead of time where we would have to be. Yellin our concierge was excellent and checked in with us by the what’s up app and found us around the resort. She was awesome! Property is clean, the rooms are nice. We were building 11. The staff that cleaned our rooms and filled our mini bar were awesome. We told them what we liked and they accommodated. We had some perks because we had booked through Expedia. Discounts on different stuff throughout the resort, we received special drinks when we sat down at the restaurants. Everyone was extremely nice at the resort. We spent most days at the Star Class pool, they have servers coming around constantly to see if you need food or drinks. They also will set up your chairs with towels and make it look nice. The cons of this resort are the food is just ok. Most All-Inclusives have mediocre food but this was just a step below that. I will say other people in our group liked the food and desserts. The other big complaint with this resort is the giant hill you have to walk up and down. They do have shuttles that are constantly going but sometimes it’s nice just to walk and it’s quite a hill.

My experience at Planet Hollywood was great - the only issue we really had was the ac units in the room but everything else was great and the staff were amazing at taking care of a large group of 12. The passion fruit margaritas were my go-to!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property well maintained, rooms clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful. A very special thank you and honorable mention to our butler Justin. He went over and above his duties to ensure we were well taken care of and enjoyed our stay. Needed medical attention during our stay and it was A1. The doctor on call was professional, kind and caring to ensure that I was well enough to return home. Only things that may require improvement is hot water during the shower was rare in our unit and the main floor walkway at night can be very dark--maybe motion lights. Thanks for a nice vacation.

we liked that most amenities were a short walk. it too bad there a small basket court. a little more shade (palm trees) down the main road and stairs upward. it would have made the walk down and up the hill more pleasant.

Everything was really good with the exception of a few bartenders on the pool on Tuesday around 6pm that were very rude and want it to close early and ended disappearing and another one on Wednesday around 8pm at the bar outside the main restaurants on the 3rd floor that was rude too. Overall it was really good; we manage with Leslie's help to find reservations on both restaurants that we wanted and both were amazing. The beach is not as good as the other ones in the area that's why is not shown on the pictures. But if you are looking to rest and privacy is the best place.
