Il mon refait régler une chambre de 4 jour car il ne trouve pas la réservation ils devaient me rembourser car ils ont retrouvé le lendemains ma réservation à ce jour toujours rien Je suis joignable par mail Cordialement

We needed something close to the airport for two nights and this fit the bill. The airport is very close, but is about a 15 minutes drive and you can hear departing aircraft, which didn’t bother us but may be a problem for some. It’s situated right on the beach, this was a fantastic way to wake up to the ocean every morning. The hotel is older and the pool’s weren’t functioning when we were there, but the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed, although a microwave would have been handy. The five stars is definitely thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They gave us a place to sit and rest, accommodating our early arrival the best they could. Annie at the front desk was extremely helpful in providing information and arranging personal transportation to sites that was reasonably priced. The wait staff at the restaurant were very pleasant, especially Josh. The cook, Mohammed, served us some fantastic meals.

It was close to a number of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Our TV did not work, our microwave did not work, our wifi hotspot worked for half a day and stopped working.

This review is for the hotel Bulabard apartment that is at a separate location from the hotel. The apartment itself was very spacious. However, there was standing water in front of the entrance which is hazardous as one might slip and fall right next to the pool. Also, water from the shower were seeping and flowing into the whole bathroom.

Second visit here but probably last one. Place looking very tired and neglected which is such a shame as it’s a great location. Needs upgrading with new clean furniture, a lick of paint, linen, towels etc. Needs TLC from mangement and staff

When we first arrived and checked into the hotel, we were told wifi was currently unavailable and towels would not be in oir room until 5. 5 came and went and still there was no wifi or towels. The pool in the aerea we stayed in appeared as if it had not been skimmed in days if not weeks. The washing machine on site broke and leaked water throughout the room, once maintanience came in to fix the problem with the machine he said he'd return that night he did not. Only once we complained did someone again come down, wifi was unavailable on multiple days and especialy at night. Making sure we had to take time out of our vacation to try get someone to look into the listed issues. The reatraunt was subpar and the service took thier time. For our issues we were comped a free meal during which they forgot to process one of our meals entirely. Overall would strongly not recommend

Customer service was really good . Almost everyone attended to our needs and we were all very pleased with the service we got . Also thanks to chef Mohammad for the lovely food and agreeing to make us breakfast even when it was past breakfast time. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Enjoyed a weeks stay at bulabard. Staff and location was great. Hotel needs a bit of updating and some paint but is great value for what you pay. Restaurant and chef Mohamed serve up great meals for a good price. Plenty of other bars and restaurants around which makes for lots of options. Reception staff booked all our excursions and our room was cleaned everyday. Enjoyable stay on the beach

Beautiful , clean place the workers are so friendly Everything working in the house. I recommend this hotel one of the best.
