362, "Boo Boo's Retreat," is a Dog-Friendly Outer Banks Ocean-Front Rental in the west-facing unit of a Duplex, meaning you're just steps to the ocean! With beautiful ocean views as well as views, and close proximity, to the Nags Head Pier, immediate boardwalk access to the beach, and a beach-side deck, this home allows for gentle relaxation to the sites and sounds of the ocean.

Featuring three bedrooms each with semi-ocean views, consisting of two King Bedrooms and one kids room with Pyramid Bunk and twin bed, your family will find the perfect fit for sleeping arrangements. The spacious great room then offers an open-arrangement for family gatherings. With an updated interior, high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer area, and more, you'll be able to enjoy the comforts of home while being on the ocean!

Being located in South Nags Head, this ocean-front rental duplex is only minutes from sites like the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet, and 4x4 beaches, while the main part of Nags Head offers a wide variety of restaurants, golf (including miniature golf), an outlet mall, and more! This specific location is also just a short walk to the Nags Head Pier, which offers a restaurant and pier fishing!

* Parking is very limited to only two cars per home in this community, however, overflow parking is available for free at our office.

Parking really difficult. A/C struggled to keep house cool. Temp was set at 72 but house got up to 85. house would cool late evening. Other tenants had to walk thru our porch to get to their unit while we were all sitting there. Not a bad place. Cute , clean and easy walk to beach.

Great location but for the price, my expectations were higher than what we recieved. This is not your typical VRBO. Had to provide our own linens, towels, etc.. No beach items for use at a beach house... I will be looking for something with better amenities next time.

You can’t get much closer to the ocean than this, without a boat! Cute, quaint and quiet and right on the beach. You do have the “back 1/2” of the house, so your ocean view is from the side of the house. The other unit faces the ocean head-on. They helped us extend our stay by several days. Service was excellent.

House was on the beach with a partial view. The pourch is a walk through for the other side. We did not appreciate the constant interruptions and the slamming of there gate.

Great place for a vacation

This place was great for our family vacation. The location was amazing and there was plenty of room for my wife and I, our 3 small children, and my wife’s parents. It was perfect for us. The walk to the beach was easy, especially for all of the stuff we had to carry. Also, even though this was the back side of the building, surprisingly the deck still had a great view.

We enjoyed the location of the rental . It was easy access to the beach and had a great view of the ocean . Everything was clean and whatever you may need was there to make our stay a pleasant one .

The house was very clean and the property management staff were great! However, the house is old, dark, and cheaply decorated. Very inferior as to what I expected.
