Nice location in Nags Head

This is an older condo development which especially shows on the outside. Lots of new decking and wood walkways, but the association or property mgr needs to pay more attention to some small details such as some burnt out exterior lighting and clearing sand from walkways. The unit's interior had some damaged window blinds and burnt-out light bulbs. Lots of steps even to access the beach. But there is a nice pergola at the top of the dune in which to sit. (Of course it had some loose boards which need fixed.) We enjoyed ourselves and the property was adequate, but we would not choose this again.

good location and view was fantastic from the bedrooms! Bathroom updates are needed. The property was very reasonable, however the additional fees from the realtor were ridiculously high.

Great experience!

This property is the perfect place to travel with kids for the beach-loving family. It’s location and access to the beach is optimal, which is particularly important for those having to carry young children’s beach amenities. The location on OBX is also great, as it is close to all OBX has to offer. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
